Occasionally, items may be temporarily backordered by the wholesaler, or discontinued by the manufacturer. In this event, Smart Pharmacy will attempt to order these products for 3 business days during the processing of your order. If we are still unable to obtain these products after that timeframe, we will ship the remainder of your order, and bill you only for the products shipped. If an item is unavailable, information regarding the status of the remainder of your order will be provided.
In the event of a backordered prescription product, SCP will attempt to order the product from multiple suppliers for 3 business days until it is obtained. If we are still unable to obtain the product after that timeframe, Smart Canadian Pharmacy will contact the patient to inform them of the product status and to discuss further options
