Non-Prescription Products

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any of your non-prescription purchases and wish to return them, please contact Customer Support for instructions. Please be prepared to provide your order number, the reason for the return, and whether you prefer a refund or replacement product.

Prescription Products is governed by Federal regulations that do not allow us to accept returns of medications that were correctly filled and shipped as a result of an order placed. If your prescription order arrives damaged or you have any other questions about returning your order, please contact Customer Support for assistance.
